From the very beginning “getting ready” moments, it was clear how much love this wedding would have. From the bridesmaids gift to the bride of a scrapbook full of notes and childhood pictures, Mom’s wedding dress that had been made into a rehearsal dress hanging in the room, everyone’s smiles and tears watching the beautiful bride emerge in her gown. This day started with love, and it only grew throughout the day.

One of my favorite moments was directly following the first dance, and parent dances. The couple went to the middle of the dance floor, a fun song came on, and the DJ invited everyone onto the floor for a boogey before dinner. And EVERYONE came to the dance floor, everyone. I had never seen anything like it. So much fun, and joy in this wedding, and this moment highlighted that beautifully.
